Schedule of Fees & Services

Our Fees
All appointments are covered by an annual retainer with ad hoc work charged on a time spent basis, which is detailed in an agreement clearly stating the duties and responsibilities.

Trading Terms
Our trading terms are payment within fourteen (14) days of invoice receipt. You undertake to ensure payment is received by the due date, or to advise our office at the time of delivery of the engagement reports of any concerns you may have in respect of the conduct of the assignment. We note for your attention that it is our policy to stop providing services where a debt exceeds sixty (60) days from invoice date.

Annual Retainers
Retainers are invoiced in advance at the commencement of the assignment and range from AUD$5,000 upward dependent on the complexity and particular facts of each appointment. Ad hoc work will be charged on a time spent basis and ranges from AUD$350 per hour dependent on the role undertaken. A sample Non Executive Director retainer agreement is available on request.

Professional Fees
Our services may be invoiced under either of the following options:

• Hourly Charge Rates: Unless a fee quote or retainer is requested, our fees for services performed will be based on the normal hourly rates. Our fees will be billed to you as work progresses, plus direct out-of-pocket expenses.
• Agreed Fee Quote: You may request a fixed fee quote for a particular project. Following agreement on the fee quote and the scope of the services for the project, the services in respect of the particular project will be performed. A fixed fee quote may not be available for projects where there is uncertainty as to the amount of services required.

If you do not request a fee quote yet engage us to provide services, the services will be performed on the basis of the hourly charge rates.

GST: All fees are exclusive of the 10% Australian Goods and Services Tax.
