Charles is a Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, Fellow of the Australian Institute of Directors, Fellow of Australian Taxation Institute, Fellow of Oxford Leadership Academy and holds a Bachelor of Business degree from the University of Technology Sydney Australia.
All nominees are experienced and qualified professionals recognised within the Australian business community. We undertake all reasonable precautions to ensure the nominee has the necessary experience and credentials to provide director services.
